GNC's ALTERNATIVE RENEWABLE ENERGY

The waste in landfills located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is being studied and developed for producing Refuse-Derived-Fuel (RDF) for renewable energy. The RDF process involves mechanically sorting residential waste using shredders, trammel screens, manual picking, magnets, eddy current separators, and wind shifters. This process removes metals, non-metals, and other non-combustible materials. The next steps include improving RDF quality through biological treatment, drying the organic portion, and tailoring characteristics to meet fuel specifications.

This innovative approach not only reduces the amount of waste sent to landfills but also provides a renewable energy source that can be used in various applications. By converting waste into RDF, we contribute to the circular economy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and lessen dependency on fossil fuels. GNC's commitment to exploring RDF as a renewable energy source demonstrates our dedication to sustainable practices and environmental conservation.

SOLAR ENERGY

Using PV solar energy as an optimal renewable alternative for development, adaptation, and improvement of the cement plant's power consumption by employing state-of-the-art technology to reduce heavy reliance on traditional power sources fuel oil (HFO). Using our Sun as resources for a sustainable and friendly energy.

Furthermore, the integration of solar energy into our operations not only reduces carbon footprint but also enhances energy efficiency, leading to cost savings and a more sustainable and greener energy source. Our commitment to solar energy reflects our dedication to environmental stewardship and sustainable development.

GREEN CEMENT PRODUCTS
